Blogger don't has capability to create category in blogger blog.WordPress has Categories widget , we can add categories to WordPress blog with category widget. But blogger don't has category widget to create categories. But we can create category in blogger blog manually.Many methods are there to create category in blogger, using with Labels gadget, Link List and Anchor tag.But it is easy to create categories in your blogger blog with Labels gadget.
Step1: Go blogger Dashboard
Step2: Click on Layout
Step3: click on Add a gadget and add Label gadget
Step4: Give label gadget name as Category
Step5: Click on save gadget.
After installing label gadget to your blog , next crate labels and add labels to your all posts in your blogger blog. After adding labels to your posts then you can see label names under category in your blog.It is one of the best method to create categories.
Step2: Click on Layout
Step3: Click on Add a gadget and then click on link list + button
then configure link list as fallows
Sorting : select either alphabetical order or reverse.
New Site URL : destination page URL (ex http://blogname.com/post1)
New Site Name : give name, that appears on categories list
Step 4: next click on add link, apply this same process if u want to add another entry.
O/p :
Category name
list name
Step 5: Save link list gadget.
When you click on list name it will goes to post1 page i.e http://blogname.com/post1.Like this you can create category on blogger.

Labels gadget : Blogger has a labels widget , with this widget we can categories blog posts in blogger blog. After adding label widget to blogger blog, you can see Labels option below post settings.With this option while posting posts on your blog you can simply add labels to your post.
Fallow below steps to create categories in blogger blog

Title : Category name
Number of links to show in list : if you give 2 then category list 2 post in that. and Leave it blank to show all links.Sorting : select either alphabetical order or reverse.
